Flashing Guide Step by Step.
Step 1: Download & Extract Firmware
- Get stock firmware for Tecno BG6 (Spark Go 2024) and check for the scatter file.
- Now extract the firmware folder using WinRAR or 7-Zip.
Step 2: Install USB Drivers & SP Flash Tool
- You have to install MediaTek USB Drivers on your Windows PC.
- Install the SP Flash Tool, and do remember to run it as an Administrator.
Step 3: Load Scatter File
- Now, click on "Choose" on SP Flash Tool to select the
- scatter file you should have located (MTXXXX_Android_scatter.txt).
- The tool is going to auto-load all the partition files.
Step 4: Select Download Mode
For Dead Boot: Switch to "Download Only" mode.
Hang on Logo: Select either "Firmware Upgrade" or "Format All + Download" (which wipes all data).
Step 5: Connect Phone in BROM Mode
- Power off the phone completely.
- Remove the battery (if the battery is removable) or press and hold Power + Volume Down for 10 seconds.
- Now, press Volume Down (or Volume Up; depends on the device) and connect the USB cable.
